Pravah Foundation traces its roots to the vision of Mr. Manoj Jamsutkar, whose journey has been guided by a strong sense of social responsibility. Throughout his professional and personal life, he has contributed towards community welfare and supported individuals and families whenever opportunities arose.

Whether through education, healthcare support, community development, assistance to underserved people or empowering those in need, his efforts have been driven by a simple belief: true success is measured not only by personal achievements, but by the positive difference one creates in the lives of others.

Over the years, this vision evolved into a larger aspiration. Individual efforts can transform lives, but an organised and collective movement has the power to create lasting and widespread impact. What began as acts of service gradually grew into a dream of establishing a platform that brings together people, resources, ideas and opportunities for the greater good of society.

Inspired by this purpose and supported by family members who share the same values of compassion, service and community welfare, the vision took shape as Pravah Foundation. Together, the founding members seek to accelerate social change, expand the reach of their efforts and create sustainable solutions that empower communities and improve lives.

The name Pravah means “flow”. It reflects a continuous, purposeful and life-giving flow of hope, opportunity, knowledge, support and empowerment. Just as a river nurtures everything along its path without discrimination, Pravah Foundation aspires to build an inclusive ecosystem where every individual has the opportunity to grow, thrive and lead a dignified life.

Pravah represents more than an organisation; it represents a movement where compassion flows into action, resources flow towards those who need them most, knowledge flows to empower future generations and collective efforts flow towards a stronger, more inclusive and sustainable society.
